We are a private practice Mental health service. As a mental health OT, we must be deemed clinically experienced and extensively trained in psychological interventions and endorsed by Medicare through OT Australia . Our team is trained in use of ACT, CBT, DBT and schema therapy. We operate in a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming manner. 

We see people from age 6 upwards. Common diagnosis include:

• Depression 

• Anxiety 

• Suicidal ideation 

• Self-harm 

• Bipolar 

• Schizophrenia 

• PTSD 

• OCD

• ADHD

• Autism 

• Decrease in function or occupational engagement

• Sleep dysfunction 

• Sensory difficulties 

• Excluded: family therapy and couples counselling 

FEES and referrals :

Mental health treatment plan: available from your GP if they agree that you require additional mental health support. You will need to book a long appointment for this. 

If this is provided and sent to our service, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate (see website for details). 

NDIS: clients will be billed at the same rate as private or Medicare clients- $225. However, there is an option to waive the “co-payment” - please speak to our director when you refer and tick the box to waive the gap.
