About

Cultivate Occupational Therapy Services is a private mental health occupational therapy practice offering thoughtful, evidence-based support for children, adolescents, and adults. We work with people from the age of six and provide care that is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection.

As mental health occupational therapists, our clinicians are required to be clinically experienced, extensively trained in psychological interventions, and endorsed through OT Australia and Medicare. This ensures a high standard of care that is both ethical and evidence-based, while remaining practical and deeply person-centred.

Our team is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. We work in a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming way, recognising the impact of lived experience, nervous system differences, and environmental demands on mental health and daily functioning.

At Cultivate, we don’t aim to “fix” people. Instead, we sit alongside you, meet you where you’re at, and support you to reconnect with your inner strengths, build understanding, and find ways to engage more fully in everyday life.
